Educational purpose
Content on this site — including articles, tools, calculators, and social materials — is for general education. It is not individualized investment, tax, or legal advice and is not an offer of advisory services. Any formal engagement is under separate agreements and disclosures through Hudson Valley Wealth Management, Inc., an SEC-registered investment adviser.
What we are not
Athlete GM does not negotiate endorsement or NIL contracts. We help families select and supervise specialists. We do not replace your CPA, attorney, or agent. Tool outputs and uploads are educational intake — not a legal review, audit, or compliance clearance.
Acceptable use

- Do not submit unlawful, confidential third-party, or misleading materials.
Intellectual property
